Risk disclosure
Last updated 16 August 2026
Ichimuhan publishes EUR/USD research and the analyst's own trading positions. This page explains what that is, what it is not, and the risk involved in acting on any of it.
01. What Ichimuhan is
Ichimuhan is a publisher. One analyst covers EUR/USD and publishes two positions a trading day, each with an entry, a target, a stop, a conviction grade and the full reasoning behind it. Subscribers read that research. Ichimuhan does not execute trades on a subscriber's behalf, does not hold client funds, and is not a counterparty to anything a subscriber does with a broker.
Trades themselves happen away from this site, at whatever broker a subscriber already uses, on whatever account and leverage terms that broker offers. Ichimuhan has no visibility into and no responsibility for that execution.
02. This is not personal advice
Nothing published by Ichimuhan is a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. The positions published are the analyst's own view, arrived at using a fixed method, and are not tailored to any subscriber's financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
A conviction grade describes how strongly the analyst holds a view. It is not a suggestion of position size, and Ichimuhan never states a lot size or an amount to risk. Sizing, and whether to act on a position at all, is a decision only the subscriber can make.
03. Risk of loss
Trading foreign exchange, particularly with leverage, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. It is possible to lose some, all, or in a leveraged account more than the amount originally deposited.
- Past results, including the results of positions published on this site, are not a reliable indicator of future performance.
- Market conditions change. A method that has worked does not guarantee it will continue to.
- Slippage, spread, and execution speed at a subscriber's own broker will affect the outcome of any position, and will differ from the levels as published.
Only ever trade with money set aside for that purpose, money you can afford to lose without it affecting your standard of living.
04. The published record
Every position Ichimuhan publishes stays published, win or lose. Entry, target and stop, once released, are never altered. A rare administrative correction (for example fixing a publish timestamp) is always disclosed as a dated note on the record, never a silent rewrite, and removal of a post is limited to genuine mistakes. The record is public and can be reviewed by any subscriber, and reflects the analyst's own reasoning applied consistently - it is offered as evidence of a process, not as a promise of future results.
05. Your decisions are your own
Acting on any position published by Ichimuhan, in whole or in part, is entirely a subscriber's own decision and entirely at a subscriber's own risk. Ichimuhan is not responsible for any loss, of any kind, arising from a subscriber's trading activity.
If you are unsure whether trading EUR/USD, or trading at all, is right for you, consider seeking independent advice from a person or firm licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.
06. Regulatory status
Ichimuhan is a research publisher. It is not registered or authorised as a broker, an investment adviser, or a portfolio manager in any jurisdiction, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim otherwise. This site and its content are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, any person in a jurisdiction where that would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the subscriber's responsibility to confirm that using this service is permitted where they live.
Note. This page is a plain description of how the desk operates, not a substitute for legal or regulatory advice. If you are relying on this policy for a business or compliance purpose, have it reviewed by a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction before publishing.
07. How corrections work
If the analyst's view on an open position changes, that change is published as a dated addendum attached to the original position. The original entry, target and stop are never altered or removed. This is a record-keeping policy, not a guarantee that any position will perform as described.
