These are the terms of taking a seat at Ichimuhan. Read the risk disclosure alongside this page, it covers the risk of trading on the research published here.
A seat gives you access to everything Ichimuhan publishes: two EUR/USD positions on every trading day, each with entry, target, stop, conviction grade and the full written reasoning, dated addenda published while a position is open, fill and stop move and exit alerts, and a reply line direct to the desk. There is one plan. Nothing published is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.
You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to create a seat. By creating one, you confirm that you meet both of these. Ichimuhan is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone in a jurisdiction where accessing this service or trading on the instrument it covers would be contrary to local law. It is your responsibility to confirm the service is permitted where you live before you sign up.
New subscribers get 10 days of full access before anything is charged, no card required to begin. The trial is limited to the first 450 people to claim it, and to one trial per person; signing up again with a different email does not create a second trial for the same person.
A seat is billed at $59 per month (charged as 221.25 SAR). Billing is monthly and recurring until cancelled.
A seat is for one reader. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and should tell us right away if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

All positions, commentary, and research published by Ichimuhan remain the property of Ichimuhan. A seat grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read that content while your seat is active. It does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute it.
Ichimuhan is a publisher, not a broker or an investment adviser, and nothing published is personal financial advice. Trading carries risk, and past results are not a guarantee of future performance. The full detail of this is set out in the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we are not liable for delay or failure caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including outages at a hosting, email, or payment provider we rely on. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ichimuhan's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your seat in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind. This limitation does not extend to trading losses, which are your own responsibility under section 08 and the risk disclosure, and are not a liability of Ichimuhan's at all, at any amount.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ichimuhan harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
Ichimuhan may suspend or close an account that breaches the acceptable use section above, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. Where practical, we will tell you why. You may close your own account at any time from settings, and section 04 governs what happens to billing when you do.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to let existing subscribers know before it takes effect. Continuing to use a seat after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These terms, together with the risk disclosure and the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ichimuhan about the service, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject. A seat is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to anyone else. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. A failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ichimuhan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a seat will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
